Cancellation Policy

A verbal or written reservation constitutes a legal contract. At present we do not ask for a deposit to secure reservations, however we do operate the following cancellation policy: A cancellation can be made up to 8 days prior to the arrival date. In the event of a cancellation giving us less than 7 days notice we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation. Should this prove unsuccessful then we will charge the first night to the credit card taken at point of booking.

Exclusive Use

We can accommodate for up to 11 people for exclusive use. We can also offer catering for private occasions. Please contact us for more information.

Check In & Out

Earliest check in 4pm. Latest check out 11am.

Smoking

Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere indoors or in the garden at Tigh na Leigh.

Food

Consumption of carry out food is not permitted in guest rooms or public areas.

Alcohol

We are licensed and do not allow the consumption of guests own alcohol in the dining room or any of the public areas
