The Scottish: Bacon, sausage, black pudding, haggis, egg (fried, poached or scrambled), mushrooms & tomato.
Eggs Benedict / Florentine (v): 2 x poached eggs on toasted english muffins with hollandaise sauce & crispy bacon OR spinach.
French Toast: Thick eggy brioch bread served with crispy bacon OR seasonal fruit (v) & maple syrup.
Omelettes: 2/3 egg omelette served either plain OR with ham, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes & peppers.
On Sourdough: Your choice of topping(s) on toasted sourdough bread: avocado, tomatoes, smoked salmon or feta.
