Ingredients for our full Scottish breakfast or variations on this theme are all sourced locally when seasonally possible. These include bacon & sausages from Puddledub Pork located in Fife, eggs from Tillygloom Farm, butter, cream & milk from Scottish dairies and tomatoes and peppers from our garden. Wild mushrooms are picked locally by Bettina.
