A selection of cereals and muesli, seeds and nuts to add to your taste

The traditional Scottish cooked breakfast -
Puddledub Pork Sausages, smoked back bacon, black pudding, free range eggs cooked to order grilled mushrooms and grilled tomato
Scott's Porridge - stirred with a spurtle
The Vegetarian - 2 or 3 free range egg omelette with a choice of fillings either cherry tomatoes,
Scottish Cheddar ,sweet peppers or mushrooms or a combination. If your extra
hungry we serve Linda McCartney vegetarian sausages .For the non vegetarians a
filling of diced, grilled ham is offered.
The Canadian - 3 slices of eggy bread plus sweetcured streaky bacon and Canadian maple Syrup
The American - a thick slice of grilled cured ham plus 2 eggs any style.
The Alternative - Whatever your favourite morning meal is we will prepare it !
